Обязанности

We are looking for an experienced Senior Agentic Engineer who works agent-first and owns features from problem to production, with no handoffs. You will be among the first engineers on our team working this way. We measure you on working software shipped and its quality, not on lines of code, PR count or tokens used. Important: Candidate must be available to overlap with the US Eastern Time (ET) time zone for at least 4 hours per working day.

Требования

• 8+ years building and operating production software, including time as a senior or lead who owned outcomes, not tickets. • Agent-first daily workflow for 6+ months (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode or similar), including running several agents in parallel. You default to agents and write code by hand only as an exception. • You can show where agents fail and how you catch it: tests, evals, small batches, diff review. Evidence over enthusiasm. • Deep work in a large, long-lived codebase: refactors, migrations, legacy constraints. • Testing discipline. You write the tests that make agent output trustworthy. • Product judgment: you have talked to users, written specs and cut scope to ship. • Security fundamentals and experience handling sensitive data (health, financial or personal). • Our core stack: Python, Django, .NET, Angular, Kotlin, Swift, AWS, SQL. Adjacent stacks are acceptable if everything else is strong. ● English proficiency B2
